About Me:
I'd much rather make something my own with tools I've got, than take the time to find exactly what i want... cause usually i don't really know what that is until i've created it.
I spend all day trying to book myself shows and then spend all night/weekend driving to those shows and playing my ass off. I never quite know where to call home, and i tend to compound the problem by becoming attached to new folks everywhere i go. It seems like i'm always missing someone or something that's many hours or time zones away.
I'm addicted to education. If it was really up to me, I'd be both an academic and a rock star, but unfortunately the two careers don't lend themselves to one lifetime. I'm argumentative by nature, but only about things that I'm educated about--otherwise, I try to shut up and listen. Even once I'm educated about something, I like to be able to see both sides of things, which is why you won't often find me using the stage as a pulpit.

Who I Want to Meet:
i once described the girl of my dreams as "the one with paint on her jeans, humming an obscure 80's theme song, who would march off to drive the scabs out of the coal mines even if no one was following her." I think that's still pretty accurate, but I apply it to most people in my life. Have some purpose, dammit.
