Agnes Monica

Agnes Monica (born Agnes Monica Muljoto on July 1, 1986) is an Indonesian pop music singer, dancer and actress. Her album ...and the story goes... released in 2003 and Whaddup A released in 2005 made her popular as a singer. She is recognized in many Asian countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. She has held concerts in Malaysia and Brunei as well. Plus in 2008 She has been invited to performance in Asia Song Festival held in Seoul, Korea. Now, she has released her third album Sacredly Agnezious. She is the only singer in Indonesia who has her own dance group called "nezindahood", the dancer always come along whenever Agnes perform.

In 2006, Agnes was involved in shooting the drama The Hospital in Taiwan, where she acted alongside Jerry Yan, a member of F4 (band) . She also acted in the drama Romance in the White House alongside Peter Ho, though she only appeared for a few episodes. In early 2006, Agnes decided to stop her college activities in University Pelita Harapan, Law Department, because of her ambitions to go international. She plans to start her music career in USA. Agnes still has not started her "international debut". She managed to win an award at the Asia Song Festival 2008 held in Seoul, Korea.
