About Me:
Every New Year's Eve, I resolve to start a new club or regular event. I love road trips, documentaries, and all things nautical. I am nocturnal, domestic, obsessive-compulsive, and a total pack rat. I have a stubborn love for the archaic and impractical. I work with equipment from the turn of the century (no, not this century), drive a 36 year old foreign car, use a rotary phone, make pies the way my grandma taught me, love almost nothing more than browsing through antique books, and still prefer my cocktails with the ingredients in their names. I can look at a menu and know exactly what I want in under a minute. I collect everything from airline safety manuals to Jell-o cookbooks and chopstick wrappers. I am a listmaker and a diagrammer, and color coordination is very dear to my heart. Sometimes I lie in bed at night imagining crossword formations. I love state and county fairs and festivals for things like artichokes and peanuts, and especially the drive home.

Who I Want to Meet:
A little stucco house, preferably built between 1925-1935, with a lemon tree in the backyard. A big brown dog. Someone who will go to demolition derbies with me and buy me those "volcano" drinks with dry ice and set off fireworks with me. People who go bowling in the afternoons. People who understand the value of a properly-spelled word or a grammatically correct sentence. Someone who can beat me at boggle. And anyone who is willing to try.
Also: people with ironic tattoos, hot boys who can fix my car, Agent Dale Cooper, Vince Neil, Seann William Scott, The Hulkster, Eric Estrada, Da Brat, and Prince.

weather there is nice and warm. They've
got a gal there-- a PRETTY gal there--
who's colder than an artic storm.Got a
heart just like a stone... Even ice men
leave her alone. They call her "hard
hearted Hannah, the vamp of Savannah":
the meanest gal in town. Leather is tough,
but Hannah's heart is tougher; she's a gal
who loves to see men suffer. To tease
them and thrill 'em,to torture and kill 'em, is
her delight they say. I saw her at the
seashore with a great big pan: there was
Hannah pourin' water on a drownin' man.
She's hard hearted Hannah, the vamp of
Savannah GA. Talk about your cold,
refridgerating mamas; brother, she's the
polar bear's pajamas. An evening spent
with Hannnah sitting on your knees is just
like going to Alaska in your BDVs. They
call her hard hearted Hannah, she chased
me from Savannah back to Atlanta GA!

apartment DOES have heat, I just had to turn
on the pilot light. Now it's as warm and
toasty in here as if there were a roaring fire.
I'll drink an extra mug of cocoa just for you,
but I'll have no one to throw my leg over.
Wait a minute, yes I will.
Palo Atlans & San Franciscans traveling to the East
