I. My Cognitive Self
I am a person who do not suffer from lack of ambition. I like being on top of things and can take on several tasks when this is neccesary. I approach task with determination and energy. I set realistic goals and by mans of skill, practice and perseverance, I achieve these goals. I am able to handle most obstacles effectively and cope with set backs.
.... I am able to delay gratification in order to work towards long term goals, and do not depend on external reinforcement to keep me going. I want to do well, but the same time I accept the fact that failure is a natural part of learning process. I dont expect the world from people nor i do expect impossible to my self. I know something is good enough and can distinguish between aspirations and unreasonable demands. I push my self enough to succeed and i expect others to do the same.
II. My Affective Self
I am sensitive and receptive person. I am comfortable in emotional situations. I havent any trouble confiding people, admitting my mistakes, or asking for support. Flexible and considerate; I have an open mind and can be there for others I know that I need not be involved in a voracious scramble to succeed. I am careful not to step on toes of innocent bystanders in my ascent.
When things do not turn out as i would liked them too, I am quite content and i do not dwell. I am fairly realistic, trusting, and generally see things for what they are. I am a pleasant and have an all around optimistic outlook on life. I can see the good in everyone and every situation. When i have a problem, i solve it by approaching it with hope and a positive perspective.Some say that i am a critical person, but they dont know that i have a peaceful temperament. Rarely losing control, i feel anger in some situations but i can express it in a healthy way. I dont keep my negative emotion bottled up nor i do offend people with harsh outburst. I seem to have found a balance between accepting t

the occasional flash temper and not letting my sel get worked up over nothing.
I am a person who knows when to relax and i do not have a problem in indulging in recreation, diversion, or amusement when a break from attention and effort is necessary.
III. My Body Image
I am graceful the way i move my body, I always walk in a hurry maybe because of my exposure in political and social gatherings since childhood. The way i look is serious. Most of the time i wear a polo shirt. I speak with a hard, tight, often shrill and loud voice. I can say that i am strong. heheheehhehehehe
