My musical tastes are all over the map really. I really like Akon right now --Smack That and I Wanna Love You both jam. I'm loving the Scissor Sisters and the new John Mayer album. On the mellow tip, I'm enjoying Corine Bailey Rae, India Arie, Sheryl Crow, Joss Stone, John Legend, Jill Scott, Brandan Benson, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz --and have recently started listening to a little more Dave Matthews Band (thanks Los). I also really love classic R&;B: Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles -- and have a place in my heart (and a place on the dancefloor) for anything hip hop. Love Outkast, Kanye West and the Black Eyed Peas. Although I don't listen to it nearly as often anymore, I like the energy of good, what I call "gay happy house" music. With disco like lyrics over a really danceable beat, a la the End Up on a Sunday afternoon...

Pisces

Here's a small peek in to one window of me: I'm practically a Bay Area native and love all that is "California". I believe it takes living somewhere very non-California to understand what I mean by that. I love traveling, but it's great to come home. As for what makes me, me... I used to call myself a social butterfly, but have found that I've recently chilled out a bit. However, I'm one of the few who actually enjoy walking in to a room full of strangers. I'm still chatty, outgoing, but generally easy-going (at least I think so). I enjoy meeting new people primarily because everyone has a unique story and those stories tend to become more interesting the older I get (perhaps because the people telling them have had more years of adventures). I always hoped I'd be able to turn my gift of gab in to a career --I pictured myself hosting a talkshow (well, I sorta still picture myself doing that), but PR will do for the time being. I want to see as much of the the world as possible in my time here --and meet as many interesting people as possible along the way. Oh, and I want to laugh alot.
