About Me:
I married the skateboarder I loved when I was 16. Aidan was
born in December and has proven to be the nicest person I
know. I think that slap-stick comedy can be beautiful when
done correctly.

anecdote about your husband:
When he and I were roommates in our
college dormitory, he told me this crazy
story about this girl in high school who
had done a whole photographic exhibit
about him and invited him to it... after
they had broken up. He was all, "isn't
that crazy, dude?" I guess it wasn't so
crazy after all...

got her shit TOGETHER! And when I
want to know what my son will be doing
in 3 months, I ask her (she always
knows!) My sista in the
struggle...Jen, you ROCK!
set up in college. For real. In the
dorms, by cowboys. They figgered, and
rightly so, that one girl with cherry
red hair and silly shoes should meet
the other girl with platnium blonde
hair and barrets. It's true, we were
those girls, but you shouldn't hold it
against us. You should rather find it
charming and endearing. But Jen,
however, pretty muched cuased me to
become immediately stricken with an
irrevocable kind of love. And I'm not
talking love like leave your husband
and kids and minivan payments love
(not that there's anything wrong with
that....)but love like: maybe, if she
weren't in my life, maybe I'd die.
Maybe. Probably. At least I would have
to go to the hospital for IV fluids or
something big and important like that.
Jen is big and important like that.
She's amazing and beautiful; she has a
wicked and searing intellect and is
always, no matter what, the funniest
girl in the room.
child Jen can still remember to wear
her white before Labor day.
