Erica is a bundle of beautiful,
positive energy. Erica is a dedicated
professional that cares for her
students. She does not just teach
social studies...she allows her
students to experience it. She is also
an incredible dancer that lights up the
club floor. You may want to drink a
red bull to keep up with her dancing
energy, because she can go all night
long! Swenson, you rock and I am glad
to know you!

care about. Somehow her rural Maine
upbringing managed to instill in her a
combination of frank intelligence (and
wilderness know-how) and sincere
optimism. She is a wonderful listener
and storyteller and she has that new
englander's been-here-since-the-
mayflower skin that never looses it's
rosy glow--she's right out of a vermeer
or something. If she weren't so
humane, she would be tre femme fetale.
Speaking of which, Erica was recruited
by the CIA while studying abroad in
Africa, and knows how to kill people
with a straw, a toothpick, and some hot
salsa. So watch out!!!

i would have never imagined...while
she's a fabulous teacher, she really
needs to start writing the next great
american novel...or just some
hilarious short stories about her
escapades. my love for erica is deep,
and my trust in her absolute: if i
were in a war and needed someone to
cover my back while i dug us a hole to
hide in, i would choose erica. she is
funny, generous, honest, loyal and
charismatic. she shares my flair for
life (and the dramatic at times). she
can make anything into an adventure.
if i don't ever find the man of my
dreams, i will happily move into a
beautiful old home in some small town
with erica and sit on our front porch
with our cats (dia and noche)every
night, watching the sunset and
pondering the meaning of life.
to Africa and now, NYC. Erica is my
roommate and overall partner in crime.
Erica puts up with the super-dramatic
roller-coaster that is my life. She has
seen me at my worst (and I do mean
worst!) and still continues to live
with me - 'nuff said. :) She is also
one of the sweetest, most sincere and
generous human beings I have ever met.
She is lovely in every sense of the
word. And I *LOVE* going out with Miss
Swenson - she is one of the few people
I know who goes out for the sheer dance
of it. She is a true 'belle gazelle';
not to mention, committed, an
amaaaaaazing runner, madly intelligent,
hard-working and still manages to be
the best roommate a girl could ever
have/want!
