I love life. I must have been blessed with unusually high levels of dopamine, because I am never in a sour mood. I am an obsessively optimistic person - always seeing my glass as half full. (But this may be partially augmented by my abstinence from hollywood idolization.) So, I tend to be drawn toward others who may glow with the same energy. I am a total clown that finds humor in absolutely every aspect of the human condition - which has often been misinterpreted by self-conscious girls as me laughing "at" them. Not true. I recognize the contrast in thought processes, and am often amused by these almost polar differences in men and women. I must admit I can be aggravatingly logical. Yet I have a very soft heart. I cannot kill animals, I must hold back tears toward sappy commercials, and I LOVE children and dogs. I don't see myself as an opinionated person, but I do tend to shun those that contradict my ethical values. Let me count the ways: I don't like to associate with dirty people, ignorant people, dishonest people, thugs, skanks, gangstas or anyone else who might take pride in being on the lower end of society. I do not get along with christians. I take pride in being a very well-rounded individual. I run. I am mildly narcissistic. I have no religion and am terrified of death. I am a college drop-out, gone entrepreneur. I am a futurist, obsessed with gadgets and the advancements of science and biotechnology. I abhor litter, but am not an environmentalist. I eat well, but am not a veggy. I am always the first to laugh at myself. I appreciate women that don't feel they need to wear make-up. Movies and music are very important to me, as well as some television. I believe I can judge a person's character by the type of films they enjoy. As for television, if you're not laughing or learning, it's a waste of time. I listen to almost all types of good ol' rock 'n roll, and am deeply moved by house music. I must admit, I am very attracted to "phreaky chicks." I think personal flare and expression through style are essential qualities for all self-respecting, intelligent youth. With music being so important to us, a counter-culture persona usually goes without saying. I can't imagine life without art, fashion, and music! So, let me lay down a few qualifications for compatibility: must be clean, attractive, caring, shapely or thin (I can't help but shun outright obesity), short hair is a definite plus, tasteful tattoos and piercings are hot, honesty is essential, and you MUST love to laugh. (it's one of the few traits that separate us from animals.) Must be agnostic/athiest or at least un religious (sorry, that's just how my brain works.) There must be other good souls out there that don't conform to the superstitious guidelines of an imposing religion! I get along with just about everyone I meet, so hopefully I'll meet sum new peeps that know how ta keeps it real..
