2) You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.
(Always check your spam / junk folder for our mail)

3) Please complete your payment within 3 days.

We only accept payment to Maybank & Public Bank account at the moment.

You can pay to use either Online Banking, ATM transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience.

Please email / msn us the transaction date and the amount after your successful transaction. Items will NOT be shipped out if you do not email us the payment details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) We do not have the refund or exchange policy.

2) The apparels as modeled in our website may have slight differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography, we will state the actual color of the item.

Real items might be slightly different from the image displayed (We will state the actual fabric and actual size of the item). We do not held any responsibility on these differences.

Any product imperfection or minor stains, inner stains, imperfection in tailoring, color fading after wash, button not well-secured, computer monitor display and actual fabric color differences of the apparels sold by Celestial Boutique are strictly not exchangeable.

Celestial Boutique does not accept exchange of apparel under any circumstances, including such reasons as
a) Dislike the color
b) Color differences
c) Not as attractive as expected
d) Too transparent
e) Fabric too thin (we will state the actual fabric made of the item)
f) Size too big or too small (we will state the actual size of the item)
g) Not comfortable

Buyer should allow within 1-2 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
