        believing in sunshine for a while. Don't
        worry too much if you feel empty or lost
        or you can't make yourself want to
        smile. Don't think that it's not okay to
        want to sit a day out, or to be scared
        or tired or blue. Everybody gets sad
        sometimes.. and crying and hurting..
