Testimonials and Comments for Amy
talking about her eyes. I mean, shit.
She's more than just those lipid pools.
At least that's the theory. It's hard
to say for sure, because I suffer a
sort of short-term memory loss in her
presence. Fixed with her gaze you go
stupid: swaying back and forth, not
really listening or noticing the bills
being pulled from your wallet.
God damned rohypnotist snake charmer.
know Amy is an expert in "cool jazzy"
read "mentor parking only" (for real!)
and I immediately thought of amy who is
not so much a "mentor" as a "friend-
tor"
love her!
knows politics. Amy knows family...
fashion... friends... opposition...
love... loss... astrology...
apocalypse... salvation... Amy knows
you and you don't know it. People who
know Amy know her as: oracle, seer,
prophet, healer, sage, time-traveller,
comedianne, space-sister. When I say
Amy is attractive it's meant to be
taken every way, but most of all:
literally. Amy's attractive like
gravity. You can let go now. I did.
THE reason I braved my high school
reunion and hot damn! it was worth it:
She and David forgived me for missing
their wedding, Amy is still insane and
looney and she had my sides aching with
all the chuckling all night long. Thank
heavens for Amy. And what a trooper.
She had to suffer watching herself do
TV reporting at age 17 the entire night.
be one of those scanner things at the
checkout counter at Filene's basement.
Clothes and clothes and beeps and beeps and
then you're just left standing there waiting for
her to hand over the discounted money.
with me. I told her it was full of
protein and that it has a nice earthy
finish. She's still not sold on it, but
you all should try it sometime. Really.
want boadcious testimonial now.
York. She was a mentor to me, being as
I was the office PA and she was the
script PA. One day she brought in this
girl called Nina to work with us and
the rest is lecherous history. The
three of us were inseparable. Millions
of chats over billions of citrons and
tonics, Amy would always get wasted and
pass out on Nina's futon. It was great
fun. Then something terrible
happened. Amy moved to Boston. I have
never been the same woman since. Nina
and I could not take New York anymore
without Amy, so we moved to
California. By the way Ames, do you
know that Nina moved to Arizona? But
anyways, I digress....Amy is fucking
fabulous and she is the best friend to
talk to and discuss any issue with.
She has gotten me through lots of tough
decisions, and has been there with me
for the good times too. She gives
fabulous advice and I love her and wish
she and David would realize it is too
cold in Boston and move to LA. Hey, I
can dream, right???
