      • That is true that any change in quadrant needs a change in attitude. People who wants to move from the 'E' quadrant to the other side of the quadrant will need to learn many things especially in preparing oneself in having the right attitude and perspective. • About Me:

This book is about choosing new options, new directions, and new financial future.Robert T.Kiyosaki explains about the four quadrants from which people earn their money from.

        1) Employed,"E" 2) Self-Employed."S" 3) Business, "B" 4) Investment,"I"An Employee,or a person in the "E" quadrant depends on paycheck, for him security is much more important than money. They work for the government and the banks in terms of income tax and interest on loans. He is never prepared to take the risk. Many people believe that starting an own business is the way to financial freedom, true, but they start a business which can''t be run without their presence in the business environment. The harder you work, the more you earn, but people become frustrated and spend less and less time with themselves. Finally, they run out of steam and ultimately the business fails. This is the case of most of the entrepreneurs, who believed that they were starting a business firm. But it was only a

Self-employment which required the person to be with the company all the time. That is how the author explains the difference between "S" and "B" quadrant. Business or quadrant "B" is where a person develops a system and hires people, train them and pay for working for him.He doesn''t work in the system, unlike the "S" person who works for the system. A person with a well developed business system can take a big vacation and still find the firm earning him handsome money. Any change in quadrant needs a change in attitude, a sound knowledge of the rules of the quadrant. A "B" person can''t become a successful investor("I") overnight by applying the rules of his business world.

"I" is the quadrant of the rich people where money works to earn money. It requires sound knowledge of numbers, and the ability to spend money as if you were playing a game. The author extends some explanation about Why some investors make money with little risk while other investors just break even.Further the definition of health given in the book is quite appealing and makes a lot of sense, " Wealth is the amount of days one can survive without working, wealth is not measured in terms of money but in terms of money." Rich dad''s CASHFLOW quadrant is the second part two of Robert T.Kiyosaki''s Rich dad poor dad
