About Me:
Favorite magazines: it seems like anything with Wolfgang Tillmans as a contributing photographer, such as Index, Purple, Butt & Fantastic Man (don't let these mags throw you off...they have the best interviews of any magazine, but only of gay guys) and the New Yorker. I'm devoted to the Sunday NY Times...The Arts, Sunday Styles, Magazine, Book Review, Travel (in that order usually). Photos: Wolfgang Tillmans, William Eggleston, Bill Owens, Juergen Teller, Cindy Sherman, Bruce Weber, Martin Parr, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Guy Bourdin, Helmut Newton
Art: Egon Schiele, Elizabeth Peyton, John Currin, Takashi Murakami, Yoshitomo Nara, Chip Kidd, Peter Saville, Jenny Saville, Deanne Chuek
Museums: MOMA, Neue Galerie, Frick, SFMOMA, Gardner Museum, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, de Young, Delacroix, Gustave Moreau, Guggenheim, Leopold Museum, Pompidou, Andrea Rosen Gallery...but, I think, above all, Neue Galerie wins by far. Having Cafe Sabarsky on the ground floor doesn't hurt at all, of course. It's the best.
Food: L'amour dans le four, Magnolia Bakery, Suppenkuchen, Les Halles, Bouchon, Zuni, Delfina, French Laundry, Craigie Street Bistrot, Cendrillon, Gary Danko, Chez Nous, Le Petit Marguery, Jean-Georges, Mark Bittman, Nigel Slater, Nigella Lawson, L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Tartine, Samovar, and did I mention Magnolia?

good!
up crazy amounts of information on
music, artists, authors and anything of
that nature for me when I am otherwise
lost. Always stokes me. I've known
you 11 years now...holy shitballs
batman, that's a long time. Welcome
back to the Bay Area.
and most cultured, sophisticated people
I have ever met, she is also one of the
most kind-hearted, generous, and loyal
friends anybody could have! She's
loads of fun, has a mind-bogglingly
expansive knowledge of all things cool
and incredible taste in music, movies,
books, and food. A huge part of Boston
sorely misses her -- San Fran, you are
lucky to have her!
along the empty streets last night...
spending lots of time with her were she
still in Boston.
years ago at a concert, having no
idea of the age difference between
us, and despite losing touch for
awhile, we've been friends for the
past 5 years. She's just so fabulous,
as well as being nice and genuine.
She's a great friend, and for you lucky
guys out there, she'll be an amazing
girlfriend. You so owe it to yourself to
ask her out! If you're good, she just
may say yes!
