Hi. I'm Percy, I'm the third born son of Molly and Arthur Weasley, two years ahead of Fred and George in school. I consider myself as the most strict rule-abiding Weasley in the bunch. The twins seem to take joy in teasing me about it, but my mother is quite proud of me for it. My youngest brother's friend Hermione also had some respect for my by-the-book approach. Though much like her own perspective (originally) she's become a bit more bendable when it comes to rules (must be Ron and Harry's influence). And she didn't much like his perspective on the slavery of the House-Elves. That was the first argument between them, Hermione usually got along with me better than some of my siblings.

My goal is to become Minister of Magic and I worked hard for it. I was in my fifth year when I became a prefect. I was very proud of this and bragged often to my brothers. They either teased me about it or ignored my bragging. I took this job quite seriously.

I was bitten by the love bug when I met Miss Penelope Clearwater (the Ravenclaw prefect). A private person in matters like these, I spent much of the summer before my 6th year locked up in my room writing to her in secret. It was a relationship nicely hidden until my baby sister, Ginny, caught us kissing in an empty classroom during the school year.

I spent much of the following summer in Egypt, but still kept in contact with Penelope. Fortunately, by my 7th year we weren't sneaking around anymore. I also made Head Boy, which made my mother proud again. And I graduated with top-grade N.E.W.T.S. I got my apparating license two weeks before my family headed to the Quidditch World Cup and decided to show off by apparating downstairs every morning.

I went to work for the Ministry of Magic after graduation, under Bartemius Crouch in the Department of International Magical Co-operation.
