About Me:
Happy New Year!
I am eclectic, intriguing, and multifaceted. And occasionally verbose, and hyperbolic. . . I love music.
I have a multi-lingual identity, with French, Lingala, Twi,
Arabic, and Hindi/Urdu mixing and mingling in my mind. I
do Tai Chi, play West African guitar music, like to dance, I play sarod and
tabla. I am a notorious throat singer. I like to talk. I
like meeting new people. My
sense of humor is surprising and sometimes relentless.

trio performed instrumental versions
of Iron Maiden songs at high school
assembly. We've come a long way and
have ended up on opposite ends of the
country, but all the while Whetzel
continues to shock and amaze the
people with his musical skills and
creativity. It's no surprise since he
has bottomless passion and appears
tireless in the pursuit of his
dreams. Could it be the home made
Chai lattes that keep him going? Or
perhaps the Tai Chi? Don't be fooled
by the kurta and upside down glasses.
Why don't you try his Wu-Tang style?
musicians, but James can stun an ox at
fifteen paces with his voice.
He has every right to be a cocky
bastard, but somehow manages to be one
of the nicest folks I know.
and gifted person. James love for
music is truly inspiring -- a true
musician driven by his love and
passion for his work.
mouth is amazing, devastating and
demands everyones attention. He
once throat sung MC style over a
Cure record to the astonishment of
the crowd. Get to know him quick
before he becomes famous.
Aside from being a remarkably talented
musician, James is one of the most genuinely
considerate people you'll ever meet (he gets
that trait from his gem of a mother). I care
deeply for this wonderful man. Live long and
prosper :-)
