I'm Laura, and that's that. But for the people that don't
understand what I mean by that : I'm a good person. I am a
cat person. I am a Gemini. I am a palm reader. I am a
political activist. I am
a painter. I make teapots. I like dried flowers. I like
eating dried fruit. I like gaudy jewlery and feathers. I
am NOT a vegetarian (not that there is anything wrong with
that). I am a feminist. I am a lover and a fighter ;) I
am a tornado spotter. I am a recovering Catholic.
I
am a singer/songwriter... I am going to be a librarian. I am a
crazy liberal. Sometimes I yawn like a kid in a carpet store(
I know you know how that feels). I like stained glass. I
like being upside down
and pretending that the ceiling is the floor and that you
can walk on it. I like speaking french and listening to
french music. I love Libra people ( my cellist is a libra
and as are many other lovely people ( lovely libras, I
love alliteration ... rather adore alliteration.).I like
the name Jen ( but only with one n). I like courderoy,
candy, swinging on swings, ballet dancing, camp fires, and
swimming, but not at the same time. I like the ice cream
man, I DESPISE that stupid song that his truck plays. I
like
flowers, preferably ones that are
stolen. I like ee cummings especially the part of that one
poem about flowers picking themselves.

Good people. Talkers with their own kind of personality. I
want to meet people who like me, I seek approval where I
don't need to earn it. Nice people with good brains and
kind hearts( or kind brains and good hearts). Helps if you
like Neil Young and other good
music, if you like reading and good literature...or bad
literature, just read something! Hmmm... now..let's rather
describe who I don't want to meet: the ignorant, the
hypocritical, the mean, the snotty, the petty (except Tom
and the heartbreakers (teehee)), and all the drama queens
and kings.
