About Me:
I'm not quite a pod creature, but may enjoy watching their antics in the movies.
some regard me as Bigger than Life, and while it is true, I am not as visually impressive as other natural edifaces such as Mt. Rainier. I am a country boy turned technoshaman. I enjoy several techie hobbies, ranging from search to new media, and film-making (beginning). I love to read, write (fiction and non-fiction), eat out, visit cultural and scientific institutions, and watch movies and the occasional theatrical play. My dog always wants to go with me, but as he is a biggish brute, too, I tell him he was be a licensed driver first (poor boy!).
I work as a consultant in info tech and usually in health and human services. Lately, I have spent some time interfering with my governments' assault on our constitutional righrs, and exploring the notions of integrative community and integrative spirituality. Somehow, these things all seem to come together. Perhaps I am merely a mad scientist and not simply posing as one.

Who I Want to Meet:
Inventive, creative, thoughtful, and reasoning people of all kinds are always welcome. I tend to get along best with deep thinkers and more spiritually oriented (not necessarily religious) people, who have ideas of their own, and who make sure they have passions built into their lives. People who are interested in new paradigms in education, use of home resources, community development, and human potentials are welcome friends.
I am looking that for dream gal, and when she shows up, expect bright lights, explosive events, and epoch altering occasions. Or just a quiet, good time. It depends on just now me mix it up, I suppose. Don't count on chemistry with me -- count on thought, strong feelings, and goodness in heart and spirit. If you delight in your imbalances, and are not always working at lightning your baggage and being 'balanced' we should be able to play well together.
