The WebGeek Philippines (AMACU WebGeeks) is an organization for all web enthusiasts aim to transform the internet experience into a more productive way to gain knowledge and information needed on everyday internet experience and also to help aspiring students succeed in their chosen careers. The most important mission of this organization is to spread the word of knowledge and skills in the real world situation about the World Wide Web.


Goals and Purposes

1. To transform the web experience into a more productive way to gain more knowledge and information needed in their everyday web experiences.

2. To establish and build an online based community website for AMACU students and for all Filipino’s who are interested in broad topics about World Wide Web Technology.

3. To unite all the AMACU students by using the linking factor of World Wide Web and promote friendship, productivity & technical excellence.

4. To implement a continuous system for conducting seminars, workshops, contests and activities.

5. To provide the students an opportunity to experience unity and to share knowledge with other students from the university, from different schools and from professionals.

6. To empower the community through World Wide Web and to facilitate IT knowledge sharing, education and web industry influence for students.
