What can I do to Promote and Restore the Health Situation in the Philippines? According to the reporter of World Health Organization (WHO) that "Philippines is one of the worst health situations in the world”. And yet until now, we are facing this irritating Health issues that even a single slice of solution we can’t afford. Perhaps, this made us poor in terms of Health Services because we don’t take any actions in order for us to be free from this health issues. Somehow, it made me think of a ways on how to restore the Heath situation here in the Philippines but corresponding questions that lingers in my ears “But How to promote and restore the health Situation?” However, my responsibility as a medical technology student thus extends to the general public. This involves, not just offering the best affordable medical care to as many people as possible, but also providing the public with important information and training on health issues and specific health problems in order to promote healthier lifestyles. Hence, other hospitals in the country may have more luxurious facilities and more updated equipment. But no other hospital can provide mentors as highly qualified neither in as many fields, nor as rich an exposure to every conceivable health problem. The fact that I open my doors to more that 600,000 people each year, 90% of whom belong to the poor and the marginalized, is abundant proof of your service, not just to the community in which you are physically located, but also to the country as a whole. And with my Organization which is the” CARE TO HEALTH ORGANIZATION”, my showcase outreach program, and y many other outreach programs, I will conduct an information campaigns and training which will contribute to improving the overall health situation. In effect, I am empowering communities by improving their knowledge and skills. The health situation of the affected population is stable, despite small outbreaks of diseases in some places. Many people however are left without access to basic health care, clean water and adequate sanitation and these should be provided immediately. Dr. Alberto Romualdez, former DOH secretary described the Philippine health status as “on continuing shift towards positive change despite age-old problems..” it is mainly because some infectious degenerative diseases are on the rise on the people living in the remote areas, where it is difficult to deliver the health services they need. However, until now, there some Filipinos living in the remote areas such as mountains whereby, the process of delivering medicines is difficult. That’s why in my opinion, we should also respect their different cultures and beliefs in this people living in the remote areas but in order for them to be prevented of some infectious degenerative diseases and to secure their health first and foremost we should organizes their Barangays were we should elect a Leader with respective officers that would somehow take in charge when a emergency problem exit.Next, some remote areas don’t have enough equipment and facilities so, the government should take an action to give them a proper health facilities .Last, Educating them such as giving information of diseases and a proper caring of a health. 3.How can we increase the number of Health care workers? Next, we should provide them a proper health office that would somehow, inspire them to work. 2.) How can we increase the number of Health care workers? Everyone could be a health workers, one should develop his/her potentials and skills in order for him/her to help the needed. Nowadays, we find the difficulties in finding some health workers it is mainly because the less health workers the more health issues arise. But how can we overcome these health issues that we are facing? (concrete opinion) In order for us to increase the number of health workers, first and foremost we should teach the people a proper health system that would somehow fetch them some information about health. Next, after giving information about health then, teaching them a techniques and Healthcare that can apply to the needed. By these, people would somehow can contribute and help the number of health workers in the Philippines.
