Even though the gym is
OVERCROWDED, it is great to knew
that there is motivation waiting for me
once I arrive. I just hope that I can
actually make one of the next shows!
plan I can honestly say that I am a happier,
healthier and more productive human after
embarking on the journey. The Ballon Way (as
those of us in the program like to refer to it) is
efficient, stylish and fun. It takes your humdrum life
and adds a little flair and keeps your checkbook
balanced at the same time. Before I went on the
Ballon-for-Life system I weighed 340 pounds, had
a crack addiction and couldn't resolve my co-
dependency issues (mostly on the food and
crack). Now I tour with a traveling production of
Rent as an ensemble member and color
coordinate my size 4 old navy slacks with my size
