LOCATION: Pan-ay is one of the 16 municipalities of the Province of Capiz located in Western Visayas, with coordinate latitude 28' 55.79" longtitude 122 47' 46.30" and lattitude 1136' 28.74" longtitude 122 47' 59". It is along the coastal areas of Northern Panay Island with Roxas City on the Nortwest, the municipalities of Panitan and Pontevedra on the South and Visayan Sea on the Southeast.
