Favorite Books:
I'm not much of a reader, newspapers, Grapes of Wrath, Catcher in the Rye, I promise i've read a book outside of highschool, hardball, Schrag's Paradise Lost, Multiculturalism, stranger in a strange land, harry potter (shhhh!), The more educated I get, the less inclined I seem to be to read anything of substance in my free time. Seriously, I read legal texts, and comic books. I devour short storie pulps. I read blogs about food in New York. Actually, now that I think about it, I read a lot. Like everything. I guess I can't decide. But I do read far less non-legal text than some of my smarter, or less-law schooll-oriented friends.

About Me:
Theres really not much to say, however I believe modesty is best treated as though it were false.
Ive been told a couple of times that I was intimidating, but I know mostly liars and mice. Well, and Im seven feet tall.
Im currently trying to perfect a technique through which no one is ever quite sure whether or not I am expressing my views, or just telling a joke. In all seriousness though, I am wholly afraid of sincerity.
I used to write for a fake humor newspaper at UCSD. It was the most fun I ever had. Its all downhill after that.
But law school has been fun. I like it. I'm going to NYU. I haven't gotten a clear answer as to how I made it in here. I presume some future version of myself came into possession of some incriminating photos of the admissions committee, and a time machine.
In my free time I eat at restaurants. Often I write about the experience.

Who I Want to Meet:
Women. All of them.
Seriously though, I like women who can keep my attention. I don't care much how they go about it.
I also like people who are demonstrably better than me.

lot. I would defintley say that's the
cutest thing about him, and it's also the
first thing that comes to mind, for some
reason. He is also responsible for me
knowing about this evil internet network,
but, that's forgiveable. I like how you can
make fun of his name but it also sounds
somewhat authorative. Colin is painfully
charming, he must of had some "Master
of Charm Jedi" train him. Colin would
never stoop to the use of a smiley face
icon, at least, I've never seen him do so.
This is also a top quality. Another fine
attribute is a fairly constant stream of
blog entries; everyone else makes me
wait for days inbetween their posts, but
Colin has never done me that wrong.
And oh, he is serious about that whole
self-improvement thing. Admirable, isn't
it?
seen a man appreciate a woman in a
business suit more than Colin does.
And I appreciate that, since I love
wearing business suits. Alas, Colin is
far away from me both geographically
and talent-wise: his wit and speed
impress at both dinner parties and in the
courtroom.
Once, on a desolate beach, I proposed
marriage to Colin Parent. Sadly, my pin
stripes didn't jive with his checked shirt
and so we continued, like two motions
to dismiss in the night, destined for
indepenent greatness, but always
connected via our love for tacos and
nerdy student organizations.
Viva Colin Parent: the last great hope for
our future and our lunch.
testimonial for you (maybe you didn't
like the first one) well here goes,
again, I think.
O.K. This is almost like writing a
eulogy or something. Ummm, maybe
comparing it to a Toast is better,
sounds nicer anyway :)
Colin, you really should skip law
school. You are only prolonging the
inevitable (me being your campaign
manager for your run for elected
office).
On a serious note, well actual I'm
serious about the last, so on a similar
serious note, it's good to see a fellow
Eagle Scout who is not a gun totting,
right wing, close minded homophobe.
For anyone who reads this keep an eye
on Colin someday you'll see him on
60min as a candidate trying to explain
away all those things you saw him do at
UCSD and he'll be sitting next to his
mistress proclaiming "I did not have
relations with that Asian-American
sorority on that Campus, UCSD"
Colin really you should skip law
school and keep your campaign job.
for Colin! He waited so
paitiently...and then not so
patiently! But, alas, I have finally
given in and become one of the masses
who adore him and want to share it with
all that is Friendster!
Colin is such a fab guy! Even from the
innocent eyes of an incoming freshman,
I could see the twinkle - and anyone
who knows him knows the twinkle I speak
of! And from then I quietly watched
him become an amazing leader and guy,
honestly thinking he probably didn't
even know who I was! I mean, come on,
who didn't/doesn't know Colin Parent!
I was always so pleasantly surprised
when he made me feel like a good friend
whenever I would see him, even after
years of not seeing each other! He
definitely has that charismatic and
surprisingly sincere (for a
politician :) ) way!
Anyway, Colin is great, and I wish we
had become closer friends during
college! Don't make the same mistake I
did!
has beer at his house. That's why I
hang out with him. (Oh, I SUPPOSE
he's my friend, too...) :)
different than high school in that
there aren't any "popular people"
anymore. Haha yeh well this guy right
here is the one that ruined that whole
idea. Colin is pretty much the most
popular guy I know. He had or was
pretty much the best of everything
while we were at UCSD together. I
stole his contact list in an
ineffective attempt to meet some of
the beautiful women that he knows and
the only reason why all 3,221 people
that are on there aren't on friendster
is because they're too busy running
companies and getting ready to take
over the country. In fact I think one
of them actually owns friendster which
is probably why he was one the first
people I know on it. And the part that
drives Colin's proteges crazy is that
all of this is accomplished pretty
much with no effort on his part. He's
just one of those people that you
can't help but like and say wow you
are a greater person than I. Colin's
definitely a great friend and any of
you ladies who are looking for someone
with a super-intellect that can still
make you laugh and who's going
somewhere big in life, look no
further. Through a very intricate and
complex plot that I came up with by
the way (completely random actually)
I've managed to secure a spot in the
party house that Colin lives at and I
can tell any of you people out there,
for a good time call Colin (yeh and
not like that, well maybe if you're
lucky)
