About Me:
To the casual observer I appear as elitist, arrogant, smug, egotistical, anal (with a touch of OCD), difficult, standoffish, selfish, sarcastic and insanely routined. Of course to even the most beginning scholar of psychology these would all appear to be symptoms of a personality defense mechanism, probally rooted in some distant childhood trauma. And, in fact, most of my close friends would agree with that, as to the careful observer I can be kind, considerate, well meaning, incessantly curious, smart, funny, well mannered and loyal.
I like to surround myself with people who recognize that life is both short and a game. Life is meant to be fun - not tedious and draining.
I am still finding my way in life and really don't know what I want to do with myself. I have been leaning towards starting my own company and have been pretty focused on pursuing that goal.
I enjoy to travel when I can. I just completed a 7,500+mile trip across the country by passenger train -- sooooo much fun! (http://www.trainweb.org/xcrr5375)
Prior to that, my last big trip was a month spent living in Yeroo, a small village in Mongolia, just shy of the Russian border.
I am currently planning a 7000mi solo roadtrip for 8/05-9/05 that will take me through the deep south, to the Grand Canyon then through UT and a week in Yellowstone, then back home. Lots of camping and backcountry hiking.
If my life was a musical, right now the big final number of the first act would be starting. It would be loud, joyous, lots of singing and dancing, and make u look damn forward to the second act!

Who I Want to Meet:
a pretty girl with flowers in her hair! :)
there are a few people in the world who can find enjoyment in the most mundane things, who seek beauty and passion in the everyday, who strive for perfection not to show off but becaue they know it makes them a better person, who believe in strong ideals and won't settle for what they know they don't deserve. Yeah. I'll take as many as those folks as I can fit in my pocket!

even if the list of dead folks he wants to
meet is pretty lame. Jesus?
no...Ghandi? No...Mel Ziegler, the man
behind over priced yuppy threads? Yes!
if you still pay attention to this (I
don't) but I'm testing you. :)
