-
Favorite Books:
tao te ching, dune, hitchhikers guide, old man and the sea, the fountainhead, lonely planet travel guides, the dictionary (especially if it helps translate things), the tao of physics, any good physics book or publication, the short stories of poe, mad libs, my sketchbook, i read a lot of books that people have given to me on loan telling me that it's the best book ever, but there is something magical about walking out of the store with a random book that becomes your own little world to play in and imagine that nobody else has been there, like freshly fallen snow on a winters day and you are the first out of bed. yum
-
Favorite Movies:
City of lost children, Fallen Angels, Mulholland Drive. oh this could go on for a long time. Let's say wong kar wai is my favorite director ever, after that, in no particular order, ridley scott, kubrick, hitchcock, antonionini, soderberg, jean-pierre jeunet, kieslowski, spike jonze, michel gondry, lars von trier, gus van sant, david lynch, mike nichols, john schlesinger

Favorite TV Shows:
anything i can get on dvd. i refuse to sit in front of t.v. besides that, i'd rather be painting.

About Me:
here we go. i am a realitively small mammal with this
unnatural desire to cover my once precious an beautiful
skin with oddly designed and hardly protective cloth.
rarely do i fasten anything to my head as it has it own
odd fabric that grows naturally from it. around my feet i
attach patches of leather and cloth with one of the
greatest accomplishments of all time, the shoelace. i have
several other small mammals that i claim as my own, but
probably exist in a more independent state than owned,
which, i guess, is the way i like my mammals. any animal
that can binge and purge and leave it on my floor and then
jump on my lap and purr is pretty okay in my chick track.

Who I Want to Meet:
i like people, too much really. i've grown into some of the best friendships i've ever had. guess that's kinda the way life is suppose to be. i love my friends. but i tend to be bad with so many great people to hang out with. i get distracted and go out all the time avoiding the more nasty parts of life. oh yeah, i forgot to file my taxes. damnit. anyway, some friends that want to sit around with me and do taxes would be nice. or just watch movies or look at the stars or wander around the world with. or whatever. i don't plan on having to work for much longer so that will be better. (oh not saying i won't work, just that i don't have to). then i can have friends in japan or france or decatur or where ever that i can pop in on every so often.
