About Me:
A man who defends himself has a fool for a lawyer. A man
who describes himself has a liar for a publicist.
That said...
I read. Constantly. I feel like I've wasted my time if I
haven't completed at least one book a day (even if it is
the fifth time rereading it.) I have trod on countless yap-
dogs (well, two) because I was too busy reading while
walking.
I eat. Not as constantly, but I try and make up for it
with quality. I used to run a restaurant review mailing
list until I got stuck in the price/value trap that is
Chinatown. Now I find I orbit the same damn restaurants
every week because they're so cheap and so good.
I watch movies. I have a stack of nearly 70 unwatched DVDs
because I keep buying them and don't have time to watch
them.
I avoid exercise. This is residual trauma from being
forced to do much physical exertion from the ages of
eighteen to twenty one. The army was a very enjoyable
place now that I can see it from seven years distance (not
that I had a choice in going.)
I need a challenge. I hate simple, routine life. Every day
should be somehow different, even if vicariously so.
Those are "facts" as bald as the lies the current US
government have told the world. Well. Perhaps a little
more embroidered, but certainly closer to reality.
