I'm a fairly easy going guy and am always open to meeting new people. I have a lot of interests that keep me busy, but I also enjoy quiet nights at home whenever I can get 'em. Music is a big part of my life, but I don't need everyone I meet to be a musician. :) What is most important to me is a curious mind. There are plenty of other good qualities I appreciate, but that one stands out the most.

I live in Manhattan and have a rottweiler named Samantha--we're the best of friends, but I'm always happy to make more. Sometimes I'm a little shy at first, but say hello! :)

(Other vices: gaming, serial action movies, lakes, canoes, long sleepy car drives {I'm a professional passenger}, ripped jeans, old books, tug-o'-war, museums, accompanied naps, latenight flights, any kind of travel, midnight movie showings, beaches (with the puppies), historical fiction, the berkshires, the catskills, cape cod, sandcastles, and then some...)

I'd like to meet someone with intelligence and wit, imagination, a kind nature, and a fun outlook on life. :) A relaxed person without pretentions would be nice.
