I met Haider in the belly of a Baleen. We had both been out chumming for the day in the Sea of Cortez, coincidentally floating our own homemade tiki rafts. Lo (and behold) a giant snatched us up and washed us down his gullet. We still haven't found our way out yet, but the wifi in here is surprisingly strong.
Despite Haider's many whaling
successes, he has conveniently
forgotten to mention the whale that
repeatedly tried to but never caught. I
was that whale. A whale too large, too
slow, and too dark for this captain. He
hides it well, but he was truly
disappointed, distraught, ashamed,
crushed...saddenned by not catching me.
but he moved on to smaller and weaker
whales. he is a brainy fellow still,
and always helpful and caring, and will
always put his hand on your shoulder
when you need...so long as you're
shorter.

on to my tricks. He is very
impressive for his people.
