Kung Fu is my life. Movie Collecting is my obsession. Dancing like a Maniac is my love. Clubbing is my weekend pasttime. Singing is my passion be it wailing on the karaoke, screaming in the car, or jammin on the guitar. Reading Books is my relaxing hobby. Starbucks is my "can I get a grande soy latte with 2 honeys" hangout of choice.

I generally enjoy reading books on philosphy, self help, business, and history. Be it books dealing with Taoism or Buddhism like Chronicles of the Dao or A Taste of Earth. Be it books that change your perspective on life such as Think and Grow Rich or As a Man Thinketh. Be it books that help you grow professionally like Sales Closing for Dummies or Who Moved My Cheese. Be it books that teach you about where you came from such as When China Ruled the Seas or Guns Germs and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies. I've finally come to agree with the conclusion that "Reading Truly is Fundamental".

Oh boy! How does a movie fanatic even begin to write about this money draining obsession that's been a thorn in his side for many moons now? Well my personal stash hovers around 400 films ranging from DVDs, to VCDs, to VHS tapes. You can build quite an extensive collection by simply turning yourself into a helpless slave of the evil Blockbuster Video Corporation. It was a sacrifice that was well worth the reward because I was able to temporarily satiate my burning desire to own a countless number of cinematic features from all over the world. However, now I mainly focus on Asian films from Japan, Hong Kong, China, Korea, and Thailand because they aren't nearly as predictable and uniformly generic as the fluff Hollywood regurgitates on a weekly basis.

My life would be nothing more than an empty shell of an existence without music to fill the void. Most of my memories revolve around music in one way or another. Whenever I hear a certain song it brings back a memory that I thought was long lost. I'll turn on the radio and hear Edwin McCain's "I'll Be" resounding out of the speakers and I unconsciously think back to those late night 2am jam sessions I used to have with my sister. I grew up listening to all kinds of music thanks to my parents. I'm thankful that they never had a single genre that they focused on because their openness to different types of sounds has finally rubbed off on me.

First off I'm not a big TV watcher but every once in awhile I'll snatch the controller and hit the power button. With that said, aside from being a die hard Lakers fan, I can never seem to muster enough willpower to keep my eyes away from the numerous reality shows suffocating the television market. I find that there is something undeniably addicting about watching other people act like fools just for the minute chance that stardom will coming knocking on their doors. Which unfortunately rarely happens. I believe they do so well because the general public highly enjoys living vicariously through other people's lives. This is probably due to the fact that their daily routines are already boring to begin with. But anyways, if I'm not watching American Idol, America's Top Model, Real World, or Jessica Simpson's Newlyweds then I'm wasting away on the couch laughing my ass off to the crazy antics of M.A.D. TV.

Pisces

I'm a zombie. I rarely sleep. I say sleep is for the weak. People have told me that I have a severe case of insomnia but I just think the days are too damn short and I don't want to waste it away by sleeping or napping for hours on end. Naps are reserved for those 15 minute breaks I get at work....and you know what? A 15 minute break doesn't go by where I don't have a full blown dream. What's the term? REM sleep or something? Gah, I dunno. If only the days were 48 hours long instead of the standard 24 hours then I would probably be getting the doctor prescribed 8 hours of sleep. So be sure to contact your congressman, your senator, heck even your president. Write a letter to whomever it takes to get the amount of hours in a single day changed to 48 hours. It's for my.... err your own good. You know what? I'm actually feeling a little tired right now...... I think I'll just close my eyes for a few minutes............................. zzzzz.

My inner me and my future ex-wife........but I suppose you'll have to do. You can be that filler in the interim.
