=) he's a true sweetie but yet i dont
know how he meets all these psycho
chicks! i've known him for about 7 or
8 years now and the thing that always
reminds me of him is his phrase of
saying 'what da heo?'!! but he is down
for everything and he cares a lot about
his friends. he would do anything and
everything for you..not to mention that
he's cutie! ;) stay kool big head and
i'll see you around glitter or whenever
i cook at my house!
Billy is the only guy I know who can
sell water to a drowning man. Billy's
down to do anything. This guy has mad
skills in bbq'ing, mixing drinks, and
selling printers. Whatever you do,
don't get in the car with this guy
after he's had a couple of drinks. For
some reason, he turns into Speed Racer.
