About Me:
I'm tall with a fairly athletic build. You can usually find
me at the gym or volleyball courts. With the activities
that I choose these days, I don't make it out on the town
much anymore. Although it isn't too hard to convince me
that I'm in need of an evening of dancing & drinking.
I'm a member of the ACLU & Libertarian Party.

about Leila was her stunning physical
beauty. But after getting to know her
intellectually and emotionally it
became clear that her spiritual beauty
far outshone her physical presence.
While I never quite got over the fact
that her smile is like the rainbow and
light after a great thunderstorm, her
friendship has been a balm and joy to
me for years. May the future hold as
much enjoyment as the past...
it real. If you approach her with
nonsense, she could say something
like, "Are you high"?!! --It is smart
to listen to Leila. Take notes.
the first thing you will notice is that
she is the most stunningly beautiful
woman you have ever met. The second
thing you will notice is the puddle of
drool forming around the lower half of
your jaw, which will have dropped
completely to the floor out of sheer
amazement.
As dreadful as it sounds, however, I
encourage you to look past this
affliction of hers. Also try to look
past the phenomenal grace and style she
is cursed with. What's sometimes hard
to see through all that beauty is that
Leila is a _wonderful_ person. She is
independent, intelligent, active,
capable, and adventurous. She easily
holds her own in any conversation or
activity, ranging from Unix
administration to auto mechanics to 19th
century costume design. She is a do-er
not a talker... and while it's easy to
mistake her for quiet and reserved,
really she's just British :-)

"Hey, ZZZ looks like fun." "Really?
I've always wanted to do ZZZ." "Me too!
I wonder when the next ZZZ event is."
"Let me check the web." "Lets do it!"
"Yes!!!" Suddenly we're buying
motorcycles, learning to ballroom dance,
going to fancy costume balls, smuggling
guns into Ghana, and generally leading a
life of High Adventure.
Leila was my roommate for a year, a
neighbor for a couple years before that,
and a close friend for many years since.
She really is as beautiful as she looks.
is soft spoken but there is so much
going on behind those enormous,
captivating eyes...
You'll have a hard time finding a
woman with more grace and poise, and
an even harder time finding one that
can also fix her own car! Add a quiet
strength and fierce independance and
you've got the recipe for the catch of
the millenium. Unfortunately, I don't
think anyone is good enough for her...
