      • In high school, Joan and I used to tackle yucky math problems.. Too bad I didn't have the sense of humor then, like I did in trig class at city college, years later... anyway, I always though Joan was like the sweetest, most kind person. And beatiful skin. I remember her doing badmitton, and wishing I could do the same, however I think I was probably running cross country or doing track. I also remember the ash on Joan's forehead, for Ash Wed. (That was around the time when Joan was seeing Elgin, I think.) I also recall her working at McDonald's with Elgin. Two cool people, getting more than minimum wage.. I was jealous! But we did have fun watching high school basketball games.. a moment in time, gone, and remembered, soft and sentimental...

      • While I had my suspicions from reading
        Joans prior testimonials, I can now verify
        with my own ears (if u have seen the
        size of my ears, you will know they are a
        trustworthy source, they hear everything)
        that although Joan has grown into the
        mature woman that all of you know, she
        hasnt lost an ounce of the goodness
        that comes from within that I knew of her
        in her younger years. She is, and always
        will be, my inspiration.

        not get enough love as a child, however
        you became a very wise adult. You are
        wise because you choose friends who
        like to shower you with lots and lots of
        love and attention. Lucky for us friends,
        you like to give back - so when you're
        around there is nothing but love! Oh
