My name is Erik Menendez. I'm a 31 yr old Sagittarius
currently serving a life term in the Sacramento State
Prison. Had I not been arrested, I would've continued my
Tennis obsession, and eventually would have won
Wimbledon. When the police came, I was in the fetal
position on the front lawn crying like a baby. A lot of
people think it was fake, but I assure you it wasn't! I
was immediately sorry for what we'd done, but also felt a
huge amount of relief. My father could no longer molest me
and my alcoholic mother could no longer turn the other
cheek. I love my brother Lyle, but this whole thing was
his idea and now I greatly regret ever listening to him. I
made a serious mistake and now I'm paying the price. Our
parents made many mistakes, but no one deserves to die.
People think of me as an overly-sensitive wimp who just
follows Lyle around like a little puppy. I am more in
touch with my feelings than Lyle is, but I wouldn't call
myself a wimp. Also, contrary to popular belief, I am not
gay.

Being in prison can be really lonely. I've got a great
marriage, so I'm only interested in meeting people on a
friendship level only. I'd rather not discuss the case
and my situation like I have a million times already.
It's nice to meet people who support Lyle and myself, but
please, keep questions about the whole thing to a
minimum. I'd also appreciate any donations you can make
