About Me:
Someone called me a "well-read, world-travellin' art lover" the other night, which I like. My most recent trip was solo to India, where I didn't get sick! Amazing! As usual, it enticed me to visit several other places, but we're supposed to work in this country, right? So, the new solution to that problem is to open a travel company. Our inagural voyage is to Brazil for Carnival in 2005 (see above). I try to live a life full of stories and am not looking for the conventional. Also: mischievous, loyal, driven.

Who I Want to Meet:
It's about the right time of year for cuddling! (Not "cuddling" to James Brown or varioius rhythmic beats - that's not seasonal.) But, with tea/coffee under warm blankets listening to Ella Fitzgerald ... that's special. It would help to find smart, sane and happy. Has great taste in books. Fearless adventures with soft souls and the courage to giggle.

affecting all that surround. He's one
of those that will quickly become the
master of any new domain in which he
finds himself--a unique quality among
my friends. Intellect, charm and
charisma, luck, pluck, and savvy
combine in a weave of personality--is
it European? Middle East, Mysterious,
Southern? Ian floats at ease in hippy
Austin t-shirts, Dallas ultimate
frisbee clubs, mediterranean journeys,
samba exhibitions, the bar or the
Boardroom (I shit you not). Badass is
only one of his middle names.

will make you try new things and
notice beauty where you didn't before.
Adventure just seems to follow him
around...and if it doesn't, he finds
it. A big kid at heart, and a kindred
spirit...Ian is good people, and i'm
glad to know him.
Action. He's always doing something,
whether it's meeting VIPs, cooking,
climbing up construction sites,
travelling, writing, getting
shipwrecked, starting businesses,
running alpha, whatever. But he's no
dummy. Ian's also one of the brightest
people I've met, though a bit arrogant.
But hey, it's okay to be arrogant when
things are going really well, as they
for this guy. Fortunately, he's really
friendly. Hey man, I got nothin but
props for ya.
