long... grab coffee. When I first met
Erin I was a little intimidated. How
do you meet the man behind the curtain
of amazing music? It was on Wednesdays
back in the day and I felt like I was
privy to DC's well hidden secret, a
musical talent who's genius is
understated, why? because you don't
need to brag when you are good. Now
Erin is getting his props on Thursdays
and the crowds love it. Erin plays
music to the crowd and if you are lucky
enough to get to know him, you will
find a jewel just for you somewhere in
his setlist. Erin has a great sense of
humor and what sets him apart from
other dj's is that he is unique. That
is the way to make a splash. And on a
personal note, I'm grateful that we
have had a chance to get to know each
other better and quote Mahogany lines
together. You're a winner baby!

weren't buying anything; we were
trying to seduce the busboys in the
cafe. erin pulls up in an old
volkwagon bus and tells us we have to
come to his basement party. it's
siesta time, but we go anyway cuz ish
is always down for a party. okaaaay?
forty-five minutes later, we're all
sitting in his mother's basement, next
to the washer and dryer. erin's
handing us cans of warm busweiser and
playing peggy lee's "is that all there
is" over and over again on his shiny
DJ turntables. when cam finally stood
up and asked him, "okay, so where's
the party?" erin, evil twinle in his
eye, calmly replied, "just wait for
the roofies to kick in." and honey,
did they ever...
