btw, i just compared your page on ie,ff,opera, and chrome, and the result was ... your page only displayed "correctlY" with ie! nyahaha
this time you should change your code to "just ie", here it is, change the "if" line with this one

u know what, in modern browser now, it's just IE that still support scrollbar coloring, even OPERA that recently support it has taken its support for scrollbar-color @_@
about glowing and marquee it's just customable, you can make it enabled/disabled from firefox (yeah, for security reason. lolz)
hmm... did u see any google ads on my page rox? even if you're viewing my page with ie/ff/opera, there are no ads! haha..
btw, when i viewed your page from ff, it's just comes out the default layout (differ from what ive seen with ie)
