We the members of Our Lady of the Lilies Academy Urdaneta City Pangasinan, as a community of disciples participate in the evangelizing mission of church by proclaiming Jesus Christ, and in building the kingdom of God through a systematic Gospel-Centered Education, which seeks the integral formation for persons: spiritual, moral, intellectual, social and physical.

As a living members of the St. Dominic de Guzman, St. Catherine of Siena and Mother Francisca del Espiritu Santo, share in the Dominican Tradition of Passion for Truth and Compassion for humanity (Contemplata Aliis Tradere) by sharing the word that has been studied assiduously, contemplated fervently, celebrated, joyfully, and live in harmony and by promoting devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary through the Rosary.

As a Filipino community is concern with the building of a people into a nation with genuine pagsasamahang Kristiano, pagdadamayan, bayanihan, pakikipagkapwa-tao, makabayan, pagkamaka-Diyos, at pagkamakalikasan as building blocks, and most especially to develop the spirit of nationalism.

As a basic ecclesial community, respond to the present and future needs of the Church and Society, especially those directed to the transformation of the poor, and the unchurched and in the service of peace, justice, and love.
