Paint the city red, my friend.
everything to everyone. Between
filmmaking, kicking ass at his job,
doing anything he can for his family,
lusting after various members of the
Red Sox organization, playing social
butterfly at ultra-hip events, busting
out his famous dance-club moves,
spending long nights on the phone
with me commiserating about
disappointing men, and looking hot
*all the time*, one wonders when the
hell Dave sleeps. (The answer: he
doesn't.) Every straight girl he knows
secretly--okay, not so secretly--wants
to marry him. It's only a matter of time
before everyone else catches on, too.

and I'm so proud to be his
frisbee/dancing/masshole mama. It makes
me so sad that we live so far away. I
have no one to get into trouble with
out here...
about Dave, I may as well mention that
he is one of the greatest friends I
have ever had. Funny, witty, charming,
stylish, cute as a button etc are just
conventional adjectives that he wears
wherever he goes: be it a formal event
or a wild night out. And he is too
modest to admit to any of these. Right
Davy? And there he glows with a coy
smile. Here is a person who wouldn't
beat the dead horse but will try to get
it back to life.Bitching about men? He
makes it sound like a cooking recepie.
I wouldn't trade him for anything :-)
