      • I woke up this morning after a pleasantly non-neck breaking kind of slumber and sauntered into the kitchen to eat some blueberries and then promptly realized that my fantastic slinky bracelet was not where it usually resides durning the night into morning hours (perched high atop the kitchen counter). so of course i blamed dan. he had his eye on it all night and kept testing the waters of theft. i was waiting until a suitable time to call someone on a sunday morning and make the proper accusations when i went into the bathroom and found it sitting next to my toothbrush. you mangaged to scare me this time, next time it might not be so innocent.

      • Instead of coming to my party, Dan stayed home and baked bread. Anne left her apron in the kitchen, and came out to drank whiskeys with the tough kids. I hope that was some damn fine bread, Mr. B. Next Saturday night, why not try something a little more "adventurous"? Hows about a souffle?
