20thC erotica, autumn foliage, animal skeletons, creepy museums,

Who I Want to Meet:
Other Judy Garland cultists. Sparkling conversationalists with
oddball facts at their disposal. People who abhor banality and
conformity without being jaded or maudlin. Folks possessing both
good manners and a caustic sense of humour. People of
indeterminate gender who let their stubble show through their
pancake. Feminist pornmongers. Boys who wear hoopskirts, old
friendly dykes with tattoos. Lumberjacks who sing songs from
"South Pacific" in the shower. Off-key Ethel Merman imitators.
Anybody who appreciates a goofy old musical. Artists and those
who appreciate art with all of their being. People who weep in
front of Bernini or Sargeant. People with outlandish secrets who
won't shut up about them. Bozos, boozers, bastards. People who
know what happened on April 23rd, 1961, on 57th St., NYC.

wherever he goes; at first, his reputation
as a dirty pornographer freaked me out.
Then I witnessed the phenomenon that
is Corey in action, and I realized that
Corey IS an art piece. He is like that
one 4D work in a SIM crit that you wish
would never end because it's so good.
Corey has prettier dresses than me; he
wore a blue and white gingham number
at Haystack that would make any five
year old girl obsessed with ponies
jealous. Corey may have been faculty,
but he draws the line at mopping our
piss; Corey has clear boundaries when
it comes to student bio-hazard waste
management. In creating thoroughly
invigorating animations and videos,
Corey has forever changed my
associations with the word "bunny."
Lecherous stuffed animals leer at
squirrels from the Haystack woods, a
malicious glint in their beaded plastic
eyes. Corey offers sharp witticism,
lovely impropriety, and is devilishly
charming. Corey will not take guff fr
hand cordially, then braces the top with
his left. His eyes are fixated right
into mine as he speaks and shakes my
hand. My eyes slip down to his left
arm, the one bracing my right hand, and
I read "glory". I regret that my eyes
left his to gaze at his tattoo, because
those eyes were listening to me. One of
the few times I've met someone for the
first time, that I felt were really
listening to me. Corey has also this
distinct smell that I remember, and I
always walk away with it after shaking
his hand or talking with him. It's a
vanilla mixed with something else. It's
his own I think. A remarkable story
teller and writer, and supporter. A
beautiful positive uplifting wrapped up
in carisma which should infest the world.
I'm sure it starts with that very handshake.
reincarnation of Judy Garland or a
mystery love-grandchild of hers....
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. He's yummy and sexy and
oh-so-talented. Watch out for the
acerbic wit and visually taunting
commentary. To see his animation is to
believe in digital burlesque....I still
look forward to his porno project (if
only I had known him while he was still
in the filming stage! snickersnicker!)
He is an awesome teacher, an incredible
artist and a fabulous person. By the
way, I miss you!
spent roughly a collective total of
twelve days together...They are some of
the most fascinating and event filled
days of my life during that period....
