Blogging, reading interesting books, hiking, photography, traveling, trying new cuisine (i love to eat!), boogie boarding (whenever i'm at the beach), parasailing (i want to go again), hot air ballooning (it's so exciting!), dancing, helping Rog cook (i'm his sous chef!), taking hot showers after a long day at work, dancing in the rain (only in the summer!), hunting squirrels, riding shopping carts, blowing bubbles, eating ice cream, stargazing, watching Food Network shows, washing dishes (by hand; seriously), sleeping in on Fridays (specially on rainy Fridays), playing the piano at church, collecting cows (obviously not real ones), babysitting Jasmine, eating apple butter sandwiches, snacking on bananas (i love bananas!), getting all dolled up and going out on a weekend date with Rog, shopping, going mushroom hunting with Rog, walking leisurely by Little Beaver Lake on weekends (love that place!), writing e-mails, sending cards, wrapping gifts, sleeping, shooting guns.

i am VERY easy to get along with, as long as i feel respected. i'm probably the most open-minded person you will ever meet. I've been described as "friendly, thoughtful, sweet"- well, some say i'm "a little devil and a little saint," which, i guess, means i can be real nice or a bit naughty and mean, if the need arises:) that being said, i consider myself a well-balanced person in the sense that i can be real lady-like, feminine and prim and proper most of the time, but i love unwinding on weekends and this involves - target shooting (i own four guns), dirtbike riding through mud puddles (i have been told i look quite hot covered with mud from head to foot), creek-hopping (jumping from one rock to another across a dry or semi-dry creek bed), camping out under the stars after cuddling with a special someone in the warmth of a crackling camp fire, mushroom hunting (and cooking, after determining which are poisonous and which are edible), squirrel hunting (and eating fried squirrel which honestly tastes like KFC chicken) and getting a little buzz from a really good margarita. my husband, rog, and i love to travel and eat at new restaurants or try new food whenever we can. we have gazed lovingly into each others' eyes while solemnly munching fried buffalo frogs legs or alligator tail (no, that ain't a typo) at Gumbo's in Fayetteville on many a friday evening. rog is crazy about Gumbo's mussels, and i swear by their crawfish etoufee. then there's the musical part of me- i play the piano pretty well and am not too bad on the violin and also can blow a few little tunes on the flute. (not bad, huh?) what else? i have loved and been burned and stumbled and gotten up and still believe that life is good and God is good and that, while there is life, there is ALWAYS hope:) Rog and I got married in a hot air balloon in albuquerque, new mexico, on June 8, 2007. He's an awesome guy and we are both very much in love with each other. I believe I can safely say, the search is over:)
