I've known Mabel for a decade, and I
hope to know her for more decades to
come. Mabel and I have been through a
lot, through burning on the phone,
eating her sister's chicken, having my
car broken into, analyzing yayas and
drivers, going to safeway, and raiding
and staring down people's piles at the
Aritzia warehouse sale. She even
helped me through my "drug-dealing"
days back in grade 8 (lol). Although
I don't see her on a regular basis,
it's so great that we have kept in
touch through all these years. She is
someone I can laugh with about
anything and everything; she gets some
of the things I laugh about that some
may find not-so-funny; after all, we
do share some fobiliciousness. But of
course, I can be serious with her as
well. She makes logical sense about
everything, and really knocks some
sense into me when it really counts.
I've known Mabel for about 10 years
now, but we didn't really get close
til after high school. She's always
down to earth, fun to be around, and
I'm proud to say that she's one smart
cookie. I've finally seen you drunk a
couple of times, banging on the carpet
at 3am, hanging out with "friend, and
we actually got to go to Vegas
together. Mabel, you've turned out to
be one of my closest friends. You
always put things into a different
perspective for me when I needed
advice. Make sure you come out and
visit often, cuz whenever I need to
get away, you know I'll be there!
mabel hung out with the cool computer
science students so we never talked to
each other much. in fact if we both
weren't drunk that one time i prolly
wouldnt be friends with her now.
She's round of face
Her shopping sprees
were commonplace
But recently she bought a home
And holed up like a little gnome,
I'll tellin her to bring me hoes,
But now she spends her time at Lowes.
She's 5 foot 2
From head to toe
Weighs 103
With all her clothes
Eats gummi bears
The whole day through
A tubby bum
Is overdue
Friendster friends she's good at makin'
But all her hottie friends are taken,
Not much fodder left for dating
Guess that leaves me ************
