I knew Will in Washington DC for a few months before he started acting strangely and deliberately talking strangely; making many references to personal details I had not told him about, including about activities inside my apartment when I was there alone and there was no one else visible in the apartment. I was followed by Will every time I left DC for NYC or VA. Will accosted me in line, sat next to me in the bus, tried to pump me, gave me unsolicited advice, etc. I was being maliciously hazed by an insulting and hostile and crooked person. Will ended my social life due to illegal phone taps, concealed surveillance other criminal acts. Will also tried to scare me into leaving DC and not to return to my apartment and to move to Austin immediately where he was running a snack stand at the mall and wanted me to illegally and maliciously push vegan snacks on people and pretend there was meat in them.
