About Me:
I was set up in 1959 during the establishment of the Faculty of Science, making me as one of the oldest departments in the faculty. My objective is to provide a high standard of chemistry education and to be at the forefront of research and postgraduate teaching. My graduates, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels, are taught to develop the ability to think critically and creatively, particularly in analyzing and solving problems pertaining to chemistry. I prides myself on the marketability of my graduates.
