About Me:
i love media. salon.com is my favorite website, followed by metafilter and del.icio.us.
my favorite people are: david lynch (movies), magritte (painting), eric alterman (media crit), laura kipnis (porn and marriage and feminism), slavoj zizek (philosophy and politics and hitchcock). i like other people too, like most of those on my friendster list.
i am one of those people that takes simple things and makes them complicated. i do not think this is a bad thing, like so many other people do. i don't really believe in objective truth, either. everything is subjective and changes depending on your perspective. that said, please don't ask me how to ethically justify the subjective right of misogyny or violence against women. i'm still working on figuring that stuff out. basically, though, i think if we all denied objective truthes and god and stuff like those types of things wouldn't be an issue.
also, i think chemistry and biology are fun sometimes. earlier today i was looking at pictures of the molecular structure of acids.

Who I Want to Meet:
smart gay guys who are cute. and by cute i have extremely strange tastes that i cannot really figure out. i love brown eyes, though. and as for smart, i don't mean you have to be a total nerd... but i don't mean, either, that "street smart" is a substitution for reading and being critical, ya know?

Me Just One More Time; The
Simultaneous Attraction & Repulsion of
Britney Spears" is going to top the NY
Times Bestseller list and help us
recoup our expensive liberal arts
investments.
his 1st grade class. i still remember
the pencil box he had. i remember the
snow pants this kid wore. they were
grey. he got me in trouble for
swearing . . . when i was 7! jason can
use the word fcuk in more ways than you
can imagine. if you think you know
jason, your wrong, i know jason. oh,
and something about good tastes and all
that.
jason, the person i was standing with
said, "man, that dude is weird." i
thought to myself, "20 bucks says if i
ever meet that guy, i am going to think
he is rad as hell." when i finally
met jason, after random bullshit about
a twin peaks club and how much we hated
certain other people who shall remain
nameless and how nobody ever listened
to our radio shows, i thought, man,
this guy is rad as hell. i guess i won
that bet. or did i lose...come to
think of it, i still owe myself 20
bucks.
NYC at age 18 (me 17) and also
produced a beautiful lie that we were
getting it on. Those were the days.
Now Jason lives the fabulous life in
Seattle, as I still mull about in the
midwest. Jason has fantastic taste in
music, movies and especially tv
shows (My So-Called Life!). He's a
fantastic editor with a creative streak
that made our high school
newspaper reek with class. He's a
great listener, has a infectious laugh,
and a beautiful smile. What more do
you need?
