About Me:
Me? Oh, I'm a walking contradiction. Example: the other
day I was listening to Gospel Christmas music on my way to a Buddhist group chant; I was just on the phone commending a friend who just gave up drinking, but had trouble hearing him over the blender (which I was using to make a 2nd round of margaritas). I'm usually a quick-witted
smartass, yet talking animated fish make me cry; a caustic skeptic on the outside, yet a soft-hearted
hopeless romantic inside...actually I'm worse than a
hopeless romantic - I'm a hopeFUL romantic. Even though I've been in LA for 7 years, I'm perpetually an East Coast boy at heart. Whenever I read the Arts & Leisure section of the NYTimes, I get jealous and wonder why I'm not living in NY yet. Then I look at the apt. 4 rent section and the weather forcast and remember why. I grew up in this small southern town in the "Bible Belt," but I break about every stereotype usually associated with that part of the country. One of the many things I've learned along the road between my WASPY churh-going sheltered childhood and my current existence as a liberal gay Angeleno is this: the Christian Right is Neither. I'm definately a guy who's propelled through life by creative impulses and artistic passions...but have to struggle to find the motivation I need to do something about it. Open-minded, down-to-earth, and easy-going as hell....unless f**ked with - then i'm a vicious asshole. =) My family and friends mean the world to me, and I consider myself one of the luckiest guys around to have them in my life. I think irony is the clockspring of the universe, and I can say the alphabet backwards in less than 3 seconds. . . go ahead. ask me.

wears a freudian slip with heels and a
wig. He's always been there to listen to
me cry, and then take me out to gay
clubs so I feel better about myself, or
else so he can check out guys while I
contiue to lament about straight men,
but hey, what are friends for! David, I,
too, will always treasure our mirror
talks. And we have to make a point to
see more of each other. Love you!
someone who is truly selfless, and
guided by love and compassion for
those in his heart. I know he has a
way of making me feel like the
Queen of the Universe ( I would say
King, but how boring does that
sound?) David has an open mind,
thinking new ideas through rather
than being judgmental (like
accepting smokey-eye makeup and
big hoop earrings on a boy he's
dating, for instance). David is the
kind of friend that everyone could use
more of, and who can resist that little
Dollface, really?! xoxo
we used to do theatre back when he
lived in the south and that was some
fun times. He also gave me rides home
when i was not of driving age. A total
sweetheart if i ever knew one.
too. I used to have a huge crush on
him throughout my teenage life, now he
is just a huggable lovable best friend
whom I love being able to share life
and love with, in a totally non-sexual
way, of course :). I love you David!
You are my Will.
virginity...but guess who's here
now...me...haaaa!!! David...hmmm...what do I
say about David...Well...he is a great guy. So
witty and smart. He has a great sense of
humor, unlike anyone else I know. David is a
deep person. And when I mean deep...I mean
a layered individual...so get your head out of
the gutter. David knows how to listen. Plus
he's really hot...who could want more? Write
him that email right now before he's gone!
testimonial virginity!! David is one
is a stinking million. Sweeter to me
than anyone deserves-- always ready
with Oreo cookies and a cigarette to
celebrate a birthday or a breakup- or
what I like to refer to as a ceremonial
dumping. David IS the adorable best
friend Bobby Ray from the travesty that
was Sweet Home Alabama. Beautiful and
fashionable and generous like you
wouldn't believe-- YAYYY for DAYYVIDD
