I have a penchant for exploration and reflection. A true wanderlust. I'm the oldest of four brothers who grew up in a nice Cleveland suburb playing games in the woods, street hockey and backyard baseball. My (wonderful) family still resides in Cleveland--grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers. After college, I moved to Long Island, NY to explore job opportunities. In 2002 I took a job as an inside consultant for a small software company. In '03, I joined a volunteer fire department on Long Island and volunteered at night and on weekends. After a year of that, I moved closer to NYC (but still on LI) and then into Manhattan a year later. Now after another year, I have moved to Chicago to work at a hedge fund. In my free time I work out, I paint, I play guitar and sing, I cook, play piano (though I miss my baby grand), I take photos, and I dream up new (to me) philosophies that rarely answer "why?" but often ask "why not?". I also travel to foreign countries as often my work responsibilities allow.
