About Me:
I was born in a small apartment on the west side of
manahattan. back in those days, my mom, would carry me, my
stroller, and my sister up our nine flight walkup. We
didn't have an air conditioner. Our dogs name was prisilla
and we were puppies together. That was 1975. In 77' we
moved to DC. we had a pool in the basement of our apt. My
mom threw me in the water and I learned to swim, before I
learned to walk. later at summer camp, my swimming skills
earned me a gold ribbon. Thanks mom. in 79' we moved to
Maryland. My next door neigbor had only one leg. Her other
leg looked like a drumstick and she wore a prothesis. She
would let us touch it. It felt like a barbie.

Juana is a first rate rock star. She's
also a chef, a gardener, a
toxicologist, and has conducted
extensive ethnographic work in major
Long Island and Jersey malls. My only
question for her is: Whatever happened
to that mall-store 'Units'?
We were school girls together. Two
years ago she was the maid of honor in
my wedding...and guys...she did catch
the bouquet!! Jane is 100% sweetheart
