About Me:
equal parts pure and debauched. the naughty girl your grandma would love. i guess that's why i enjoy nashville -- it's kinda always saturday night and sunday morning around here. hmm. what else?... well, aside from puppies, sunsets and long walks on the beach, i like uncomfortable juxtapositions, saucy innuendos & general bullshit sessions. and good whiskey. and desmond decker on the porch after dark. the smell of college art buildings, stargazing, & cheesecake (both kinds). my cat's a weirdo, and i find her irritable nature endearing.
one of two personal credos: you can give a weasel a cute name like ferret, but it's still a weasel. and weasels don't make good pets.

Who I Want to Meet:
the truly good of heart, creatively-slanted folks who know it's better to be a smartass than dumbass, but also understand that smartass 24-7 circles clear around back to dumbass. those in posession of their own thoughts and honest opinions that weren't fed to them. someone who actually gets the weasel analogy and understands its potential for daily application. friends who'd be perfectly happy sitting on a rootop while skipping out on a party. someone who wouldn't drag me to a kegger without a really really good reason. sincerity, silliness, random tangents, pirate-talking, and a gift for launching into colorful anecdotes are a plus.
i'd also like to find other folks in the area who dig rockabilly & honkeytonk-type dancing (and don't take it too seriously... or insist on wearing some kind of period clothing.)

three years of tales, to be exact. I can't
think of anyone else I'd rather have with
me at mega-keggers or while playing
with pistols. Yes, her cat is straight from
the fiery pit we call hell, but how else
could she be protected from the
unsavory characters of the world such
as us, her friends. Margaret has
consistently matched my stamina in
honky-tonkin' all over the country - not
many people can survive on such poor
nutrition and sleep deprivation. It takes
dedication. Discipline. Heart. And
Margaret's got it all. Sweet Caroline?
Oh, no. Sweet Margaret.

the kitty away with a severed arm...this

money and she needed a ride from our college
town to our hometown 250 miles away. Over
the next two years, she became my gas fund
for numerous long trips down I-80. She buys
CDs that look interesting without knowing
what they sound like. She is built like a '40s
pin-up girl. She wore a Catholic schoolgirl
uniform for years and years. She had a car
named James when she was in high school.
She is sentimental, sweet, and her mind is
always going ten ways at once. One time she
left a six-minute message on my answering
machine. She likes the way she looks in
rubber. She should stop selling cigarettes,
because society will eventually pay the price.
She's a good hugger.
