him. It was during a rehearsal for a
read-through of my bra Burke's script
"Passing Period." As a matter of fact,
James' character said "bra" a lot.
Anyway, yeah, James, I'm willing to
work my fingers to the bone for what I
want out of life but I've got to tell
you, marrow doesn't taste so good.
and epic debauchery... james has
somehow managed to keep things pretty
after all these years. i mean, just
look at that picture- who does he think
he's fooling? i knew him when...
I was a man (which is still up for
debate in my psyche) I think I would
have been James. Our interests change
at the same speed, our phases in life
parallel, we like the same people,
want most of the same things, have
chosen very similar wrong paths,
communicate in the same style and
always remain close friends. I can
always catch his glance and know
exactly what he's thinking...Which
usually makes me laugh out loud...
Which usually gives away what he's
thinking to the person he's thinking
it about...Which is usually pretty
uncomfortable and usually ends in one
of those uncomfortable silences where
you try to act like that wasn't what
you were thinking and start
complimenting the person you were both
thinking shit about. He is one of the
most fabulous people I know. GREAT
style, a lover not a fighter, a homo
and a straight guy, a dreamer and an
entrepuneur, a giver and a taker.
He's the best! I love you guy! Keep
