Once for one of my birthdays Elizabeth was the ring leader of a group of friends who thought it would be fun to go to Missler's (local supermarket, oh) and play a team game. This involved putting as much crap into a cart as possible in five minutes, exchanging carts and seeing what team was able to put everything back first. Mr. Missler was not happy about this game. In the end, we were lectured about lying and disrespect and tears were shed. We went home wounded, feeling a little bit closer and with snacks in hand. Elizabeth, my dear, this is a birthday I will never forget and I hope someday I will be able to provide that same kind of joy on one of your birthdays. Happy Birthday Blue Eyes!!!
